The team checks that the content concerns your likeness and identifies the available notice route. - 03 A notice is sent
Where a viable route exists, Twinnin sends the relevant platform, data-protection or likeness notice as your authorised agent. - 04 Track the case
Your dashboard shows the case number, notice, response window and current status. - 05 Escalate where appropriate
If the request is refused or receives no response, Twinnin prepares an evidence pack and explains the next available complaint route. Any further legal action remains your decision.
